Taylor of Old Bond Street Lavender turns the simple preparation of beard and skin into a calm, aromatic part of the shaving ritual. The cream contains lavender essential oil and, when worked with warm water using a damp shaving brush or with wet hands directly on a wet face, produces rich, high-quality lather that wraps the beard in moisture and cushions the blade. Its floral lavender character feels recognisably classic, clean and composed rather than sugary.

How to use

Wash your face with warm water and leave the shaving area wet. If using a brush, dampen it with warm water. Work a small amount of cream into a lather with the brush in a separate bowl or directly on your face, adding water gradually until the lather is dense, glossy and easy to spread. Apply evenly using circular movements. Without a brush, apply a small amount of cream to your wet face and use wet hands to build a rich, creamy lather directly on the skin, adding water as needed. Shave with light pressure and rinse thoroughly. Rinse the brush thoroughly after use if used.
