HeadBlade MOTO Midnight Black turns head shaving into a movement you guide by touch rather than by wrestling with a long handle. The middle finger sits in the soft ring while the palm remains close to the scalp, giving immediate control over direction and pressure. Underneath, the dual-active suspension does two jobs at once: the cartridge pivots up and down while the body leans from side to side. Together with the free-rolling front ball, this helps the razor trace the scalp’s curves, pass around the ears and reach areas that are awkward with a conventional razor. The monochrome Midnight Black finish gives the same distinctive mechanism a restrained, streamlined look.

Why MOTO is different

A conventional cartridge razor mainly pivots in one direction. MOTO combines an up-and-down cartridge pivot with a body that can lean sideways, so the blade assembly remains better aligned as the surface changes. The front ball leads the movement, while the slim, nonslip body stays secure in a wet hand. Side vents make it easier to rinse away water and shaving product from around the ball.

How to use

Trim longer growth before shaving. Wet the scalp and apply shaving cream. Place the middle finger through the ring with the ball facing forward, rest the razor on the scalp and first test the suspension with light pressure. Lead with the ball and pull the razor from the back of the head towards the front in short, controlled strokes. Let the mechanism follow the contour rather than pressing the blades into the skin. Rinse frequently, then wash the razor and leave it to dry after use.

When another razor may suit you better

Choose another system if you want dry electric shaving, a traditional T-shaped razor or a conventional long handle. MOTO is intended for prepared, wet skin and works best on short growth; longer hair should be trimmed first.
