15.1 HAPYANG Eau de Parfum

Photographs of a dancer surrounded by powder gave Hapyang its starting image. Pierre Guillaume translated that suspended movement into sparkling aldehydes and soft powder, with magnolia and ylang-ylang bringing the colour and warmth of flowers.

The aldehydes make the floral accord feel bright and animated, while powder softens its contours. Pearwood, benzoin and vanilla add a warmer, gently sweet dimension. The flowers remain prominent: their richness is not hidden beneath a dry cosmetic-powder effect or replaced by vanilla alone.

Hapyang combines an enveloping softness with an unusually lively expression of powder. Its silk-like warmth and floral sweetness sit beside a clear, fresh shimmer. The name joins happy and ylang, a fitting description of the mood rather than a promise of an emotional effect. This is powder with movement and exuberant flowers, not a reserved, barely perceptible skin scent.
